铜锌铝合金表面非线性振荡的混沌相关性

摘    要:为揭示铜锌铝合金表面非线性振荡花样出现的原因,探索振荡胞区中各个点在振荡过程中的相互关系,应用非线性动力学的方法来处理从振荡胞区中提取的灰度值时间序列,计算出各序列之间的相关系数.胞区中各个点的相关系数均大于0.7,并且相距较远的2个点之间的相关系数达到0.933,振荡胞区中的点的运动是长程相关的.在长程相关性的基础上,结合耗散结构理论探讨了“类流态”胞区出现的原因,认为振荡胞区的形成是一个从混沌到有序的过程.

Abstract:To explain the nonlinear pattern appearing on the surface of Cu-Zn-Al alloy and to find the correlations of the movements of oscillation points in nonlinear oscillation cell, the gray value time series got from the oscillation cell was treated by using nonlinear dynamics method. The correlation coefficients between each pair of time series were figured out. They are all bigger than 0.7 and the special one between two remote points is 0. 933. The movements of all the points in the oscillation cell are correlative, some are long-distance correlative. Based on the long-distance correlation of oscillation points, the mechanism of quasi-fluid phenomenon is preliminary discussed by adopting dissipative structure theory. The formation of oscillation cell is a course from chaos to order.
