| 摘 要： | 任何一个时期，教育思想、教育观念和教育模式都将决定着人才培养的规格和质量。音乐教育作为美育的重要组成部分，是学校校园文化建设的重要内容之一，对学校人才培养起着不可替代的作用，当代音乐教育必须吸取古今中外一切有益的音乐教育教学经验，以塑造大学生人品为首，培养复合型的高素质人才为目的，全面推动校园文化建设，做好人才培养工作。

| Abstract: | At any time, how well and what standards we frain the students' ability depend on the education idea, education view and education mode. Music education, the main component of art education, is one of fell contents of the cultural construction on campus. At plays an important role in the training of the students' ability. Modern music education must assorb the beneficial teaching experience from ancient time and abroad, shaping our students with good qualities and more abilities. To enrich the campus cultural construction and to better our education. |
