| 摘 要： | 利用技术成熟度对企业进行分群,对不同群企业利用TRIZ的物-场分析法直接从资金供给者、需求者、融资方式3方面出发对融资效果进行分析,利用三者的轮动、替换、彼此搭配来完善融资效果,可形成一种融资创新方法,将"四元主体"模型应用于科技金融,可建立起科技金融体系分阶段演变历程,政府随该体系的发展不断进行角色转换,由直接补贴资金转向平台的搭建、制度的完善与氛围的营造,最终转向监督和宏观调控。

| Abstract: | We can classify these enterprises into different groups by technology maturity.Cutting into the problems which are directly from the money suppliers,demanders,means of financing and the actions of suppliers to the demanders,after the combination of Substance-field analysis methods of the TRIZ theory and enterprise financing,we can find a method of finance innovation which looking for solutions by altering money suppliers,demanders and means of financing.Based on four-dimensional model,we establish the evolution of finance of science and technology system,with the development of the system,government switches it's roles from providing money directly to building platforms and creating an atmosphere,and become a supervisor ultimately. |
