电解电渗析法制备硅溶胶过程中各操作条件对胶粒性质的影响

摘    要:粒径是硅溶胶最重要的特性指标之一,不同用途对硅溶胶粒径的要求也各不相同。研究了电解电渗析法制备硅溶胶过程中,温度、电流密度、pH等操作条件对胶粒增长速率的影响,并从理论上对其进行了初步探讨,推导出了电解电渗析法制备硅溶胶过程中,胶粒增长速率与温度、电流密度、pH等的关系式,为滴加操作制备硅溶胶过程中采用恒电位操作方式而不影响胶体的粒径分布提供了理论依据,同时也为硅溶胶的电化生产提供了理论和实验依据。

Abstract:An electrodialytic cell equipped with a steel cathode,a RuOx/Ti anode and a piece of Nafion 901 Cation-exchange membrane was set up.In the process producing silica sols by electrodialysis of sodium silicate,the effect of operation conditions as temperature,current density,PH etc.on the growing rate of particle sizes have been studied.The effect mechanism has been initially investigated and the theoretical and practical basses have been provided for the practice of producing silica.sols by electrodialysis.
