摘    要:用显微镜载玻片作为基因芯片制作中DNA固定介质材料,对玻片表面分别进行醛基化、异硫氰酸基化、氨基化等不同修饰处理,分析其对DNA固定率的影响,并比较了国产与进口玻片处理间的差异。结果表明,异硫氰酸基化处理玻片DNA固定率高于醛基化、氨基化处理,接近进口的氨基化玻片,但不同处理间及国产与进口玻片间差异不显著。

Abstract:The experiment uses glass slides made in China or imported as DNA attachment supports, and modifies the surface with aldehydation, isothiocyanic acidation or amino_group. Effects of the treatments on the DNA attachment rate and difference between the two kinds of glass slides are analyzed. The result shows that the DNA attachment rate of slides which was treated with isothiocyanic acidation is higher than those of the other two treatments, and is close to the amino_group modified glass slides, but the difference among the different treatments and between the slides made in China and the slides imported is not remarkable.
