| 摘 要： | 向农村居民提供最低生活保障是政府应尽的义务，是构建和谐社会的必然要求。本文在对重庆农村最低生活保障现状进行分析的基础上，剖析了重庆农村最低生活保障存在的主要问题，并提出了完善对策，希望有助于重庆农村最低生活保障制度的建设。
