| Abstract: | In this paper, the author studies two fundamental problems on the nonhomogeneous Markovian transition functions with at most denumerable state spaces. The first one is the relationships among the continuity,the measurability and the existence of all the limits on each moment. The second one is the relationship between the non-standarization and the standarization . |
