生鲜品冷链物流的发展潜力及问题研究

摘    要:介绍了生鲜品冷链物流的基本概念,通过分析我国生鲜物流的特点,指出冷链物流对于生鲜品流通的重大意义,从而挖掘出我国发展生鲜品冷链物流的巨大潜力,结合当前国内生鲜品冷链物流的现状,剖析了存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了加强生鲜品冷链物流体系建设的具体措施。

Abstract:This paper introduces the basic conception of cold-chain logistics,and through analyzing the features of China's fresh food cold-chain logistics,points out the tremendous significance of cold-chain logistics on fresh food circulation,and therefore digs the great potential of China's developing fresh food cold-chain logistics,and connecting with the current situation of China's fresh food cold-chain logistics,analyzes some existing problems,and in the light of these problems,puts forward some concrete measures for strengthening the construction of fresh food cold-chain logistics system.
