摘    要:介绍了比色红外测温仪在高频焊管自动控制系统中的应用,在实验基础上,对所采集到的焊接温度进行分析,认为引起比色测温仪不稳定工作的原因是:冷却水系统不完善和实际工况环境恶劣,证明通过调整冷却系统和PID参数等措施可初步达到自动控制.

Abstract:The application of colorimetric pyrometer used in the automatic control system of high-frequency welded pipe is introduced.Based on experiments,the gathered welding temperatures were analyzed.It has been found that the causes of its unsteady work are imperfect cooling water systems and the poor working conditions.Measures should be taken to adjust the cooling water system and PID parameters.
