基于结构光视觉传感的焊缝图像处理研究

摘    要:以结构光视觉传感焊缝跟踪系统为研究对象,分析了焊缝图像处理在焊缝跟踪过程中的重要性。由于焊接过程中受弧光、飞溅等因素的影响,CCD拍摄的实际焊接图片包含了大量的干扰信息,对图像进行处理是关键环节。其中包括图像分割、图像增强、边缘检测等,讨论了不同方法的处理优势,同时指出图像处理速度对焊接的影响。
