摘    要:为满足国家新颁布排放法规的要求,对493柴油机的燃烧系统进行了改进设计,燃烧室由原来的四角ω型改为缩口凸台型,同时减小喷油提前角、提高喷油压力、增加喷孔数目、减小喷孔直径。大量的性能试验、排放试验和燃烧分析的结果表明,改进后的燃烧系统良好地兼顾了柴油机的动力性、经济性和排放特性。

Abstract:A new combustion system of 493 diesel engine has been design in which the combustion chamber is changed from 4 angle ω type to ret ractive type, with a circle raised platform at the center. The fuel injection pr essure and the number of nozzle holes are increased, and the advance angle of fu el injection and the diameter of nozzle holes are reduced. By a lot of performan ce tests, emission tests and combustion analysis tests, it has been proved that the new combustion system can give a good attention to power, economy, and emiss ion capability.
