| 摘 要： | 住宅作为商品既要满足购房者对商品住宅的设计要求，又要达到房产开发商开发赢利的目的。文章对当前购房者及房产开发商的设计要求进行了分析，并在此认识的基础上介绍了某商品住宅的设计方案。
