| 摘 要： | 本文简述了我国建设工程质量监控机制产生与发展的过程,并着重叙述工程社会监理制度对我国建设工程的三大目标控制的特定功能。随着社会监理制度在我国工程建设中的不断深入和完善,已对工程建设的监督、管理发挥了不可替代的作用,也使我国建设工程质量监督机制更加有序,更加规范,工程质量的保障也更加有效。

| Abstract: | This paper provides a brief introduction of the emergence and development of quality supervision system in construction programs in China.The emphasis is on the spe- cific function of social supervision system to the three controlled aims in construction pro- grams. The further development and improvement of the social supervision system has played an irreplaceable part in supervising and managing construction programs.It also standard- izes and puts the system in order.As a result,the quality of construction programs will be greatly improved and ensured. |
