| Abstract: | Development of human resources is prerequisite and foundation of economic sustainable development, to achieve it, we must put more emphasis on the development of human resources. Measures to develop human resources are: 1. to strengthen the investment in manpower capital and improve the population's overall quality; 2. to raise the efficiency of manpower capital; 3. to optimize the structure of human resources and promote the adjustment of industry structure. |
