毫米波压控振荡器的计算机辅助分析与设计

摘    要:运用电磁场及电路分析理论确定了一种比较合理的纵向排列结构体效应压控振荡器的等效电路模型.提出了分析其频率特性的方法,并利用分析结果,结合毫米波固态源的要求,设计了双管纵向排列的变容二极管电调谐体效应压控振荡器,机调带宽大于1GHz,电调带宽大于550MHz,输出功率大于75mW.而且具有较好的稳定性和可靠性。

Abstract:A logical equivalent circuit model is defined for in-line, along the waveguide cavity, varactor - tuned Gunn oscillators applying methods of electromagnetic theory and circuit analysis . The model can be used to analyse the Gunn oscillator's frequency performance. With the results of CAA, together with the requirements for the millimeter wave signal source, the in line, along the waveguide cavity varactor tuned Gunn oscillator can be designed. The oscillator's performance as finally - obtained is : with mechanical tuning bandwidth in excess of 1 GHz, and with varactor - tuning bandwidth in excess of 550MHz , output power in excess of 75 mW. These oscillators possesses good stabillity and reliability , and are suitable for engineering applications .
