摘    要:分析了原油管道调合工艺,提出一种高精度配比控制策略及其实现框架.基于多路串级比值控制,通过原油流量偏差滚动修正、原油管道防过压报警以及原油流量同步控制,采用设备层、控制层和监控层的三层框架,实现组分原油按高配比精度自动调合.实际投运效果表明,系统能够实现组分原油按要求比例安全、精确、自动调合,避免性质波动,获得满足要求的原油,有效提高了加工设备的生产效率.

Abstract:A high precision ratio control strategy and its implementation framework are proposed on the analysis of the crude oil pipeline blending process. Based on the multiple cascade ratio control,the high precision ratio automatic blending of crude oil components is achieved through the oil flow deviation scrolling correction,crude oil pipeline warning against excessive pressure and crude flow synchronization control within the three-layer framework as device layer, control layer and monitoring layer. The actual effect shows that the system can realize safe,accurate and automatic blending in required proportion of crude oil components, avoid fluctuations in nature, produce the crude oil meeting the requirements, and improve the production efficiency of the processing equipment.
