申农相对信息量的哲学拓广

本文从剖析认识信息的过程入手,引出了信息测度的两条相对性原则,并指出,申农的通讯信息量还只是一种实用相对信息量,它具有静态系统规定性的特征。如果将信源和信宿的动态特征的量引入申农信息量公式,就能够推导出具有拓广意义的哲学相对信息量,它具有动态系统规定性的特征。哲学相对信息量可使申农信息量的诸多局限性得到克服。

ON PHILOSOPHIC EXPANSION OF SHANNON''''S RELATIVE INFORMATION QUANTITY

Starting from analysing the process of realizing information, this article introduces two relative principles of information measure, and also points out that shannon's communication information quantify, which possesses characteristic of staticstate system stipulation. If dynamic character quantity of information source and information receiver is introduced into shannon's information quantity formulation, then we can deduce philosophic relative information quantity of expansive importance, which possesses characteristic of dynamic system stipulation. Philosophic relative information quantity eliminates many limitations of shannon's information quantity.
