| 摘 要： | 对新鲜分离的北京鸭胰腺腺泡，用胆囊收缩素八肽（ＣＣＫ－８）、乌拉胆碱（Ｂｅｔｈ）、血管活性肠肽（ＶＩＰ）进行刺激，检测淀粉酶的分泌。发现ＣＣＫ－８，Ｂｅｔｈ可剂量依赖性地刺激淀粉酶的分泌，而ＶＩＰ对分泌没有刺激作用。ＣＣＫ－８对分泌刺激作用的量效曲线呈“钏罩”型。由此可见，在新鲜分离的北京鸭胰腺腺泡细胞中存在ＣＣＫ受体和胆碱能受体，不存在功能性ＶＩＰ受体。

| Abstract: | The effed of cholmptokinin (CCK-8), bethanechol and vasoactive intestinalpeptide (VIP) on amylase secretion is investigated in the fishly isolated Peking Duckpancreatic acini. It is found that both CCK--8 and bethanechol dose--dependently stimulateamylase secretion, whereas wu is without any effod. The dose-- asponse cuba for CCK--8is bell--shaped. It is concluded that there are both CCK--8 and cholinergic receptors on thefashiy isolated Peking Duck pancreatic adni, but there are no funCtional VIP receptors. |
