| 摘 要： | 英国的学校督导制度具有悠久的历史，其理论与实践处于世界领先地位。从确定督导标准、收集资料、做出准确判断、验证督导判断到后续督导，英国学校督导的每一个程序都有其独特的方法。同时，英国学校督导团也十分注重督导的道德和礼仪。英国学校督导制度的这些经验与做法，能为我国的学校督导提供有益的借鉴。
