大学英语教学改革与反思型教师探究

摘    要:随着社会对大学英语教学质量的要求越来越高,社会需要更多的外语复合型人才。大学英语教学改革尤为重要,英语教师作为改革的推行者和实践者肩负着深化教学改革的重任。本文首先简述了反思型教师在大学英语教学改革中的重要性,并探讨了反思型教师的反思模式,进而为大学英语教师如何成为反思型教师提供了建议,旨在为大学英语教师在大学英语教学中不断地实现自我发展提供借鉴。

On Reforming College English Teaching and Developing Reflective Teachers

Abstract:With the society demanding for inter-disciplinary talents with a good command of English,there is an ever-increasing need for a higher quality of college English teaching. Thus,the task of English teaching reform falls on the English teachers. As the advocators and practitioners of the reform,they have done much in the reform. This paper briefly states the key role of the reflective teachers played in college English teaching reform,and then puts forwards suggestions for how to be the reflective teachers on the basis of five models with the aim to help college English teachers to realize self-development in the process of their teaching practice.
