摘    要:本文提出了以滤纸为固体基质,以NaI-Na_2CO_3为重原子微扰体系的对氨基苯甲酸(PABA)的室温燐光(RTP)测定法。在不通干燥气体的情况下,PABA的RTP信号可稳定8分钟。研究了干燥温度和时间、重原子盐浓度等影响RTP强度的一些因素。PABA的浓度在0.4-400ng范围内,标准曲线为一直线。用本法测定复合维生素片剂中PABA的含量,得到了满意的团果。

Abstract:In this paper, a method for the determination of p-aminobenzoic acid (PABA) by room temperature phosphorimetry (RTP) using filter paper as solid substrate and NaI-Na_2CO_3 as the heavy atom perturber system is presented. The RTP signal of PABA was stable within 3 minutes without drying gas, Various factors, such as drying temperature, drying time and the concentration of heavy atom, which affect the RTP intensity of PABA were investigated. Analytical calibration curve of PABA was linear in the range of 0.4-400 ng. The amounts of PABA in multiple vitamin tablets were determined with satisfactory results.
