论翻译的原则

翻译是不同文化，不同文学间进行沟通的重要途径之一。既有两种语言，文字的相互磨合，又有两种思想，文化的相互磨合。因此，一种具有代表性，指导性的翻译原则是必不可少的。文章主要阐述由严复提出的三字原则的发展以及在发展过程中产生的许多翻译专家奸其的不同观点和看法，同时结合例子叙述了对严复三字原则的看法及观点。

Discussion on Translation Principles

Translation is one of the important ways to bridge the gap between different cultures and literatures.But translation,as is known,which involves both interfusion between two languages or literals and interfusion between two different cultures or thoughts,is not an easy thing to do.So a typical and helpful translation principle is essential.This article mainly deals with the development of the Three-Character Principle put forward by Yan Fu and different views and attitudes toward it.By studying the different principles advocated by the translators,a new viewpoint about the translation principle is given,and some examples to illustrate some of the viewpoints are offered as well.
