玻璃电极作为内导的PVC膜苯海索离子电极研制

摘    要:以玻璃电极为内参比电极直接涂覆活性材料研制成功PVC膜盐酸苯海索离子选择性电极,盐酸苯海索含量在10^-5~10^-2mol/L时电极有能斯特响应,电极有较好的稳定性与重现性,用校准曲线法测得药片中盐酸苯海索含量为每片1.730mg(n=5),相对标准偏差为4.0%,并以苯海索电极为指示电极,四苯硼钠电位滴定法对同一样品进行了测定,得到了一致的分析结果。

Abstract:PVC membrane benzhexoli electrode is prepared using benzhexoli-tetraphenylboron as electroactive material. Glass electrode is used as inner reference electrode. The electrode response range is 10-5~10-2 mol*L-1 with 59 mV/decade. Excellent stability and reproducibility of the electrode are observed. Standards calibration curve method is used to analyze benzhexoli hydrochloride in tablets. The average value is 1.730 mg per tablet with precision of RSD 4.0% (n=5), which is cousistent with the results obtained with potentiometric titration method.
