应用非圆齿轮均化牛头刨刀工作速度的研究

摘    要:非圆齿轮与连杆机构组合应用可以简洁、紧凑的机构型式实现牛头刨床工作速度均化,以减少与刨刀运动特性密切相关的惯性力、过大的加速度造成的冲击、振动与噪音,通过对牛头刨床机构的运动分析以及对具有匀速运动创刀工作速度曲线拟合方程,建立了非圆齿轮传动比关系式,提出了按给定运动规律设计非圆齿轮与连杆机构组中非圆齿轮节曲线的设计方法。

Abstract:A constant working velocity of shaper is put forward by the application of noncircular gear and coupler plane with a compact and tight mechanism type to reduce the shock,vibration and noise caused by inertial force and acceleration which are closely correlated to kinematic traits.Based on the kinematics study and constant velocity curve imitated equations of shaper,the method is presented by the radio between two noncircular gears,which is used to design pitch curves of noncircular gear according to kinematic requirements in noncircular gear and coupler plane.
