| 摘 要： | 高温高压染色机微机控制系统是一个实时控制系统。它可以实现快速升温和以多种不同的速率升温、恒温、降温等多级温度控制;可以按照工艺流程自动更换工艺曲线参数,自动切入压力控制回路。系统具有显示、记录、报警等功能,通过控制台及操作面板进行人机联系;主机及外围设备均采用国产定型产品及模块化结构。该系统的研制成功为纺织行业染纱设备的改造提供了新的途径。

| Abstract: | A microprocessor control based dyeing process control system which hasvbeen used in High Temperature and High pressure Dye-Machine is discussed in this paper. It is a real-time control system. According to the requirementso f different dyeing processes, the change of temperature can be programmed. The technical parameter can be up to 16 and selected by operator's Man-machine communication. All the components of the system are made in China. The cost is cheap. The maintenance is convenient. The system which has just been introduced provides a new way for reforming old-fashioned Dye-Machine. |
