| 摘 要： | 调查了烟台市高校女生健美操课程的认知,对烟台市高校健美操课程的开展现状及高校女生对健美操课程的认知情况进行了分析,找出了影响烟台市高校健美操开展的影响因素,并从学校、教师、学生三个方面提出了合理的建议.

| Abstract: | The female college students＇ cognition about aerobics course and the status quo of curriculum in Yantai were investigated. The factors that influence the development of college aerobics course in Yantai were found out and some rational suggestions were given from three aspects of school, teacher and student. |
