心理学应用型人才培养的社会实践体系建设

教学实践或专业实习是应用心理学专业重要的教学环节之一,是培养学生实践能力和创新精神的重要途径。结合应用心理学专业培养目标,研究者提出建立"两应用、三功能、四能力"的社会实践体系,并提出"以问题为中心"开展实践活动,为培养心理学应用型、创新型人才提供全面的、良好的平台。使学生成为能主动适应社会发展和市场经济所需要的应用型心理学人才,更好地为构建和谐社会而添砖加瓦。

Discussion about the Construction of Practice System on Training of Applied Talents of Psychology

The teaching practice is one of the important teaching stages of applied psychology, and is the important way to develop students＇ practical ability and creative ability. So the construction of practice system becomes very important. Based on the objection of the applied psychology domain, researcher proposed a practice mode of ＂two applications, three functions, four abilities＂ , and suggested that we should carry out our practice work in the way of ＂problem - oriented＂. Thus, we can provide a comprehensive and good platform for training the creative abilities.
