浅析高校政府采购工作

在国家对教育的投入不断增加和资金监管日趋严格的大背景下,多数高校作为国家全额拨款的事业单位,须认真贯彻落实政府采购制度。如何利用政府采购机制,将廉洁高效有机结合,提高采购效率,更好的为科研、教育服务,是高校采购管理工作急需解决的问题。以某高校政府采购数据为依据,通过对高校政府采购工作特殊性进行分析,并结合高校政府采购具体管理工作中存在的问题,提出可行的解决途径及可以采取的具体措施。

Analysis of the Work of Government Purchase in University

In recent years, as the government increases the investment in education, most colleges and universities get a lot of government funds. And the supervision has become stricter. How to use government funds is very important. So the Government Purchase System must be conscientiously implemented to improve procurement efficiency and provide better service for scientific research and education. This paper analyses the current problem of government purchase work in universities based the procurement datas of my university on propose to provide countermeasures.
