This paper analyzes the present situation of and problems existing in the construction of rural residences,expounds some concrete contents of a good plan of new rural community and a good design of new rural community residences,and points out that the construction of new rural community has become the main trend of our country＇s rural economic and social development in the near future and compiling a good residential design possesses important significance.
