| Abstract: | In this paper,the development of Siming District of Xiamen was taken in a case study.The importance of cultural and economic integration was studied and the basic conditions for the integration were analyzed.Moreover,the path towards ＂a cultural economy＂ and ＂an economic culture＂ was proposed to achieve cultural and economic integration and raise the overall level of regional economic development as well. |
