| Abstract: | Rome Law handed down up to now, whose influence is still as great as ever, lies in the spirits of Rome law contained by it. The spirits of Rome Law mainly contain the spirit of natural law, the spirit of private law and the spirit of the rational faculty. The three spirits have influenced people in the modern society on the viewpoint and reseach method of laws, and aroused social subject consciousness of the contemporary people. |
