| 摘 要： | 本文分析了当前地方科学院面临的形势和任务,认为在深化科技体制改革中,科技开发是一项十分重要的内容。为了抓好科技开发,提出了近期的方向任务、选择战略及其对策。本文谨对地方科学院的科技开发工作提出了一些粗浅的看法。
