| 摘 要： | 本文报道了以甲苯为起始原料,与硫酸反应合成对甲苯磺酸,进而与氯磺酸进行酰氯化反应合成对甲苯磺酰氯的新工艺。该工艺与传统工艺相比,具有收率高,含量高,选择性高,成本低等优点,具有广阔的工业前景。

| Abstract: | In this paper a new process for synthesis of P-toluene sulfonyl chloride is reported. At first, P-toluene- sulphonic acid is synthesized from toluene and sulfuric acid, then, P-toluene sulfonyl chloride is synthesized from P -toluenesulphonic acid and chlorosulphonic acid. This process has many advantages over the traditional process, such as high yield, high content, high selectivity and low cost in the process. It opens up broad prospects for com- mercialization. |
