摘    要:应用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术对黄河兰州段主要污染源水环境质量进行了检测和评价.结果表明:黄河兰州段主要污染源水样的蚕豆根尖细胞微核千分率(MCN‰)为兰州七里河原污水是35.93;50%水挂庄污水是46.76;这一结果均高于2.0mmol/LNaN3的32.99.PI(污染指数)分别为5.22,6.80和4.80;经F检验结果显示,各样点的MCN‰均有显著性差异,与对照组比较4组处理有显著差异(P〈0.01),表明黄河兰州段主要污染源的水质达到重度污染,从而严重影响了黄河兰州段的水质.

Abstract:The micronucleus test technique of vicia of the water quality of the main polluted sources in suits show that the raw sewage of Qilihe was 35.93 faba root tips was used in the detection and evaluation lanzhou section of the Yellow River. The MCN‰ reand 50% sewage of Shuiguazhuang was 46.76,both of which were higher than 2.0mmol/LNaN3 of 32.99. The PI of the three water samples were 5.22,6.80 and 4.80 respectively. The F-test results show significant differences among different samples in which the MCN%0 of 4 samples were significantly different(P〈0.01) compared with the control group. This suggests that the water quality of the main polluted sources of the Yellow River in Lanzhou city had been contaminated to a serious degree,thereby seriously affecting the water quality of this area.
