CuZnAl系形状记忆合金的预变形效应

摘    要:本文通过对两种铜基形状记忆合金Cu-23.12Zn-4.37Al(wt%)及Cu-26.34Zn-3.24Al-0.67Mn(wt%),在不同状态下预变形后的时效研究,发现预变形可以显著提高其抗时效稳定化能力,使A_s点时效上升速度大大降低.并从相变晶体学观点及微观内应力方面进行了分析,对铜基形状记忆合金进一步开发应用有重大意义.

Abstract:The martensite stabilization of CuZnAl shape memory alloys predeformed after heat treatments was investigated.All of the predeformed specimen exhibited better resistance to martensite stablization than the undeformed specimen.The shape memory effect of predeformed specimen declined slower than that of the undeformed ones and the raising rate of temperature As of the predeformed specimen was slower than that of the undeformed ones after long aging time. It has been observed that the amount of interfaces between different martensite variants decreased and various variants tend to become the same kind of variant in the predeformed specimen. The mechanism of the martensite stabilization was discussed.
