| 摘 要： | 在建立循环社会的进程中,我们需要了解:各个阶段社会循环发展的程度如何?在不同的经济发展速度模式下,循环发展的状态有何差异?社会在可预见的一段时期内是否朝着可循环的方向发展?本着这些问题,在构建区域循环经济预警指标体系和系统模型的基础上,根据不同的经济发展速度,对江苏省十一五期间的循环发展状态和警情作出预报,以便政府实施监控. |
