| 摘 要： | 历史上的三国,是一个大动荡的时代.魏、蜀、吴三家为夺取全国的统治权,展开了一场又一场的生死大博斗.他们在争人才中争天下,在争天下中争人才.本文仅从三国时期荆州地区时局的流变,阐述"盛衰之理,虽日天命,岂非人事哉!"的道理.主要论点有:荆州地区人才与政局之关系;人才是决定荆州时局的基本因素;外来人才决定着荆州的时局;荆州地区人才聚集的特点.
