含SrFe_(12) O_(19)铁氧体吸波材料磁织构化处理效应的研究

摘    要:在两种铁氧体吸波材料中掺入SrFe1 2 O1 9单畴颗粒 ,经垂直和平行磁场织构化处理后 ,在 8~ 1 2Ghz频段测试其性能 ,发现垂直磁场处理获得最大吸收量分别由 1 6dB和 1 4dB提高到 2 0dB和 2 5dB ;平行磁场处理使吸收特性感生各向异性 ,其择优方向获得最佳吸波特性 ,最大吸收量分别达到 2 3dB和 2 7dB。匹配厚度有所增加。本文对其作用机理进行探讨

Abstract:Add SrFe12O19 single domain particles to two kinds of ferrite EM wave absorption materials , then treat them with parallel and vertical magnetic field , research on the absorption properties in the range of 8~12 Ghz . We can fmd when treated with vertical magnetic field , the maximum absorption quantities increases from 16dB and 14dB to 20dB and 25dB respectively; when treated with parallel magnetic field , magnetic anisotropy is induced , we can get the best absorption properties in the preferred orientation , the maximum absorption quantities is 23dB and 27dB respectively, matching thickness increases . This is a discussion about the action mechanism.
