京杭大运河徐州段水质底栖动物多样性及BPI评价

摘    要:对京杭大运河徐州段8个断面底栖动物群落结构特征、种类组成、物种多样性进行了研究,并用群落Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H’)、生物学污染性指数(BPI)、Goodnight-Whitley生物指数(G.I)和Trent生物指数(TBI)方法对大运河水质进行了综合评价.结果表明,底栖动物涉及24种,其中水生昆虫2种,占总种数的8.33%;软体类9种,占总数的37.50%;寡毛类11种,占总数的45.83%;甲壳类和蛭类各1种,各占总数的4.17%.寡毛类中中华颤蚓(Tubifex sinicus)和霍甫水丝蚓(Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri)在各断面都有出现,且它们也是各断面的第一和第二优势种,其它种类在各断面分布形式差异很大.除TBI外,其他3种指数水质评价结果基本一致,均表明大运河徐州段水质属于中污染,其中蔺家坝和解台闸两断面污染较轻.

Abstract:The investigation of zoobenthos community in the Jing-Hang canal of Xuzhou had been carried out. The water quality of of Xuzhou was assessed using the Shannon-Wiener diversity index(H’),the biological pollution index(BPI),the Wright and Goodnight-whtitley index(G.I)and the Trent biological index(TBI). It was concluded that 24 species of zoobenthos were found,including 2 species of insecta 8.33 %;9 species of rotifera 37.50 %;7 species of oligochaeta 45.83 %;1 species of crustacea and hirudinea severally 4.17 %. The dominant species were Tubifex sinicus and Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri,they were the first and the secondly dominant species in all sampling sites,but the distribution of other zoobenthos species were different. Assessment result using indexes was basically consentaneous except the Trent biological index(TBI). The water quality of the Jing-Hang canal of Xuzhou was subjected to medium pollution. The water quality pollution of Linjia dam and Xietai navigation lock was slighter than other sampling sites.
