高校教师工作分配问题的多目标模型及其应用

摘    要:针对传统分配问题在实际应用中的局限性,提出了基于高校教师工作任务分配问题的新型多目标数学模型,并将多目标化为单一目标获得满意解.同时,模型中还涉及了可供教师多次选择机会的问题,并通过实例分析为高校工作任务分配者提供了行之有效的参考方案.

Abstract:Aimed at the limitation of traditional assignment problems in practice, a new multi-object model based on assignment problems for teachers in colleges and universities was proposed. Some satisfactory results were obtained by transforming multi-object into single-object. Meanwhile, many choices for the teachers was given in this model, and with an example, this model was proved that it could provide some references for the allocatee in colleges and universities.
