多钉连接的载荷分配及影响因素

摘    要:采用有限元法对多钉连接载荷分配及影响因素进行了研究.结果表明:多钉连接中钉载分配呈不对称"浴盆"形,浴盆的形状取决于两连接件的拉伸刚度比和钉的个数.两连接板的轴向刚度比不等于l时,靠近刚度较大板端头的钉受载最大;轴向刚度比愈趋近于1时,钉载分配愈均匀,且趋于对称分布.增加两连接件搭接区域宽度对均化钉载分配比例有利,而增加两连接件搭接区域长度对均化钉载分配比例不利.

Abstract:The load distribution of multi-nail joints and its influencing factors were studied by use of the FEM.The test results show that the load distribution in multi-nail joints is asymmetry in the shape of a bathtub.The shape of the bathtub depends on the tension and stiffness of the two jointed plates and the number of nails.When the ratio of the axial stiffness between the two joint plates is not equal to l,the load of the nail close to the end of the plate with greater stiffness is the largest.When the ratio of the axial stiffness between the two joint plates tends to l,the load distribution tends to be uniform and symmetrical.It is effective to homogenize the load distribution to raise the wideness of the connected region of the two plates,but it is disadvantageous to raise the length of the connected region of the two plates.
