黄原酯棉对铅(Ⅱ)和铜(Ⅱ)吸附特性的研究

摘    要:医用脱脂棉经氢氧化钠浸泡制成碱纤维,再用二硫化碳黄原酯化后,经水洗、干燥而制成黄原酯棉。研究了自制的黄原酯棉对铅(Ⅱ)和铜(Ⅱ)的动态吸附特性,其吸附回收效果用火焰原子吸收分光光反法进行测定检验。结果表明:在pH=1~5的范围内,浓度为20~500μg/L的铅(Ⅱ)和铜(Ⅱ)能被定量吸附回收,回收率在97%~103%之间,定量富集倍数在100倍以上;所制黄原酯棉对铅(Ⅱ)和铜(Ⅱ)的饱和吸附量均在1mg/g(CCX)左右为宜,这既能满足一般要求,也使制品有一定强度;在用盐酸调节试液酸度和作为洗脱液时,回收率低,而用硝酸代替之时,可达到定量回收,所选洗脱液是1mL50%(V/V)的硝酸溶液。

Abstract:The alkali cellulose is made of absorbent cotton by soaking in sodium hydroxide and then it is xanthated with carbon disulfide. The product is washed and dried. This paper presents the study on the dynamic adsorptivity of the cotton cellulose xanthate(CCX)prepared for Lead(Ⅱ) and copper(Ⅱ). the effect of adsorbing recovery is measured by the flame atom abserption spetrophotometry. The results show: Lead(Ⅱ) and copper(Ⅱ) can be adsorbed and recovered quantitatively within the scope of pH=1~5 from 20~500μg/L,therecovery ratio is 97%~103%,the multiplication of quantitative concentrated is larger than 100;it is appropriate that the saturant adsorbed quantity of the CCX for lead(Ⅱ) and copper(Ⅱ) are about 1mg/g(ccx),thus it is satisfactory to the general reguirement and the CCX has enough strength; when hydrochloric acid solution is used for eluting solution or adjusting the pH value of the experimental solution,the recovery ratio is lower,but,as it is replaced by nitric acid,quantitative recovery can be reached, 50% (V/V)solution of nitric acid (1mL) is used as eluted solution in the experiment.
