| 摘 要： | 法律人才的”过剩”与”短缺”凸显法律人才培养缺乏特色和个性。法律人才的培养要突出应用型已成共识，培养模式也各有特色。通过评析现行法学应用型人才培养的各种模式，并依据新余高等专科学校近几年来对法学应用型人才培养的探索，针对社会教学资源丰富的特点，从合作方式、课程体系、师资队伍建设、法律服务平台建立、反馈机制等方面提出了应用型法学人才的合作培养模式。

| Abstract: | The surplus and lack of law talents show the lack of feature and individuality in the fostering of law talents. We should lay emphasis on the fostering of application - oriented law talents and attach importance to the fostering features. This paper, by evaluating the various fostering patterns and exploring the fostering of application - oriented law talents in Xinyu College, puts forward the fostering pattern of law talents from cooperation way, curriculum system, building of teaching staffs, legal service platform, feedback mechanism, etc. |
