| 摘 要： | 高等学校的教学目的是培养社会适应性较强的复合型人才，其教学质量对整个社会的影响很大，对高等学校教学质量进行测评、考核和持续改进，有很重要的实际意义，论文运用了系统管理理论和方法建立了高等学校教学质量的评价体系，运用层次分析方法对高校教学质量进行量化评价和分析，运用概率分布和控制图划定高校教学质量的考核标准，运用质量保证体系来促进教学质量的持续改进。

| Abstract: | The aim of higher education is to cultivate adaptive compound talent. And the teaching quality has profound social effect. Therefore, there exists practical significance to evaluate,test and constantly improve the teaching quality. This paper presents a teaching quality evaluation system based on system management theory and method, in which we use AHP(analytic hierarchy process) to quantitatively evaluate and analysis the teaching quality ,and use probability distribution and control diagram to establish the teaching quality standard. We also use a quality assurance system to improve the teaching quality. |
