产品双渠道供应链延保服务模式

考虑产品双渠道对延保模式的重要影响,应用Stackelberg博弈方法,建立了无延保的基本模式、制造商提供延保的模式和零售商提供延保的模式,对各模式结果进行了对比分析。研究表明:(1)制造商提供延保会降低产品批发价。(2)制造商和零售商提供延保均会使产品零售价降低,且均能增加双方的利润。(3)制造商和零售商提供延保均能提高供应链的绩效,当零售渠道更有吸引力时,由零售商提供延保对供应链更有利;否则,由制造商提供延保更有利。(4)对于制造商来说,当其直销渠道更有吸引力时,自己提供延保更有利;当零售渠道更有吸引力时由零售商提供延保更有利。对于零售商来说,无论其渠道吸引力如何,都由自己提供延保更有利。

Extended Warranty Service Modes in Product Dual-channel Supply Chain

Considering the important influence of product dual-channel on the extended warranty service(EWS) modes,this paper develops three Stackelberg game models,i.e.,no EWS model,EWS provided by manufacturer model and EWS provided by retailer model.The results of each model are compared and analyzed.The research shows that:(1) The wholesale price of products will be reduced if the manufacturer provides EWS.(2) Whether the manufacturer or retailer provides EWS,the retail price of products will be reduced,and the profits of the retailer and manufacturer will be increased.(3) Both the manufacturer and retailer can improve the performance of the supply chain by providing EWS.When the retail channel is more attractive,the EWS provided by the retailer is more beneficial to the supply chain;otherwise,the EWS provided by the manufacturer is more beneficial.(4) From the perspective of the manufacturer,it is optimal to provide EWS by himself when his direct channel is more attractive,it is optimal for the manufacturer to ask retailer to offer EWS when the retail channel is more attractive.for retailer,it is optimal to provide EWS by himself no matter how attractive the retail channel is.
