| 摘 要： | 本研究对乳源木莲扦插育苗试验，通过单因素试验及正交试验两种试验设计，结果表明，乳源木莲扦插育苗，宜用当年生粗壮穗条，穗长15cm，经沙藏后进行相关技术处理。说明影响乳源木莲扦插苗木成活率最主要因子是穗条年龄，其次是剂液浓度、浸液时间等三个因子。即乳源木莲扦插采用当年生穗条，粗度1cm以上，剂液浓度35ppm、浸液时间4h是提高苗木成活率最优的水平组合。

| Abstract: | Experiment was conducted on Rooted Cutting of Seedling of Manglietia yuyuanensis by single factor and orthogonal experiment design. Results indicated that 15cm- length cutting propa- gation taken from that very year survived most readily. Explain that the mainest factor affecting survival percentage of rooted cutting - seedling of Manglietia yuyuanensis is cutting propagation age, medicament concentration and times of soak secondly. The best combination of rooted cutting - seedling of Manglietia yuyuanensis is lcm - diameter cutting propagation taken from that very year and 35ppm - medicament - concentration and 4 - hours soak liquid. |
