| 摘 要： | 以涂层结合强度为评价标准,采用混料回归实验优化设计了PPS/FEP复合涂层各层涂料配方,用拉开法测定涂层的结合强度。研究了涂料组成、涂层制备工艺参数和涂层体系对涂层结合强度的影响,确定了涂层的制备方法和工艺参数。

| Abstract: | The components of different coatings of PPS-FEP complex-coating have been optimized by blending regression experiment based on the evaluation criterion of the bonding strength of the coatings.The bonding strength is determined by the pull-off test.The effects of the coating components,parameters of preparing the coatings and coating system on the bonding strength of coatings are studied and the method of preparing coatings and parameters are determined also. |
