两级微机群控生产过程的跟踪图示

本文介绍一种由管理计算机(TP805)和控制计算机(TP801B)构成的两级微型计算机群控设备的跟踪图示系统。描述了系统的组成、数据结构、信息流图和软件结构。群控对象的多路实时过程参数借助于双机通讯传送到管理计算机,并建立数据文件。系统在实时时钟管理下,由汇编语言图示软件在CRT上进行动态跟踪图示或静态的曲线重现;可方便地进行选择通道显示、拷贝打印曲线和参数,且实时性强,便于生产过程的监督管理。

THE REAL-TIME PLOT SYSTEM OF A 2-LEVEL MICROCOMPUTER GROUP PROCESS CONTROL STSTEM

This paper describes the real-time plot system of a 2-level microcomputer group control device that consists of a management eomputer(TP805) and a control computer(TF801B). The composition, DATA strueture, information, flowchart and soft-ware structure of the plot system are introduced in this paper. All real-time process parameters of the multiple objects are transfer from the control computer to the management computer to form data files by means of a communication channel for the both computers. Under the control of the real time clock, assembler language plot system program can complete dynamic display or static repetition of the process on the screen. It is convenient to select any process to display or copy etc. The plot system has many advantages of being better in real-time feature, being convenient to supervise and guaranteeing product quality.
