拟南芥耐干旱相关转录因子DREB1A基因的克隆及序列分析

摘    要:设计引物利用PCR技术从拟南芥中克隆与植物耐旱相关序列DRE相结合的转录因子DREB1A的基因,得到扩增谱带后,进行TA克隆,经蓝白斑筛选获得pDREB重组质粒,经PCR验证和序列测定确认扩增所得片段为DREB1A基因,并对该基因序列进行了分析.

Abstract:A pair of designed primers were used to clone DREB1A gene from Arabidopsis,which was related to the plant tolerance of the drought stress. After a bright band was acquired, it was inserted into TA cloning vector. Then we got recombinant plasmid by white/blue screening. And the gene was confirmed and analysised through PCR testification and sequenceing.
