| 摘 要： | 当经济进入到工业化较发达的阶段,产业逐渐从第一、二产业向服务业转移。服务业在经济总量中的比重,是衡量一个区域在某一时期的经济发展水平、经济活力、发展潜力和竞争力及区域经济社会协调发展水平的重要标尺。德阳地区服务业的发展应在一整套行之有效的政策扶持下健康、稳定、协调、持续地发展。
